Cash payments are accepted at the conference venue for participants who have not transferred the registration fee by May 15th. Due to technical limitations, card payments can not be processed at the conference venue.
There are two broad participation categories:
- Registering as a Standard Delegate entitles you to participation at COMET 2025, including lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference materials.
- Registering as a COMET Society Member entitles you not only to participation in the conference (including lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference materials) but also to COMET Society membership for one year. As a society member, you will receive a year’s online subscription to the journal Communication & Medicine [C&M] and you will be entitled to 30 % discount on all Equinox books (ordered directly from their website using a unique code for a period of one year). You will also be added to the Distribution List for receiving future COMET-related announcements. (If you wish to renew your membership or become a COMET member, please go to this website).

Pre-COMET Masterclass (24th June 2025)
The Pre-COMET Masterclass is open to Conference Delegates as well as other interested persons. It will be conducted by Srikant Sarangi. The participation fee includes lunch and morning and afternoon tea/coffee.
